Soft Start: Soft start limits the in-rush
current present when the vacuum starts. It is implemented
to extend the motor life and protect sensitive equipment
connected to the household wiring from noise and power
spikes or drops. Soft start is possible due to a computer-controlled
technology that limits the in-rush current spike to a
gradual, controlled current flow. Soft start eliminates
the circuit breaker "tripping" on start up and
results in less generated noise on start up. The soft
start feature can be customized to meet various customer
applications and is available with EMC & RF protection.
